Internal and external CPAP Batteries come with a standard 6 month warranty. MEDISTROM Pilot batteries come with a 1 year warranty, along with DC converters. Most other battery accessories have a 2 year warranty. Please contact us on 1300 76 29 39 to find out if your specific product is still within the manufacturer’s warranty.

Return Policy
Equipment purchases can be returned to CDW at the purchaser’s expense and a full refund will be given where such goods are unused, unopened and in original packaging within 30 days of purchase date. For orders placed from 01 December 2023 to 31 December 2023 the return period is within 45 days of purchase date .Where the product is no longer in the same condition: has been unpackaged and/ or used there will be a 30% processing fee applied which will be subtracted from the original cost and a credit for the difference will be issued. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that this does not apply to the ResMed AirTouch 20 series masks (AirTouch N20, AirTouch F20), sleepPro contour, Bongo Therapy, Nightshift devices and CPAP pillows due to the nature of the product. (these products can only be refunded when packaging is still intact)
