CPAP Discount Warehouse offers a Price Beat Guarantee where we will match any lower advertised price from an eligible competitor for identical products and beat that price by 5%. This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Please note that price match requests must be made before the purchase and cannot be applied as a refund on existing orders.

Eligibility Requirements
Product Eligibility
  • Products must be identical in brand, model, specifications, colour, size, and included accessories
  • Products must be brand new, unmodified, and in original manufacturer packaging
  • Products must be currently available and in stock at the competitor's location
  • Products must be available for immediate purchase and delivery from the competitor
  • Products must carry identical manufacturer warranty coverage
Competitor Eligibility
  • Competitor must be an accredited Australian CPAP provider with, Valid Australian Business Number (ABN), Current GST registration, Physical Australian business address, Minimum 12 months trading history
  • Competitor must be an authorised dealer/distributor for the product manufacturer
  • Online-only retailers with no physical presence in Australia are excluded
Price Requirements
  • Advertised price must be publicly available to all customers
  • Price must be current and valid at time of price beat request
  • Price must include all applicable taxes (GST)
  • Total price comparison includes delivery costs to customer's location
  • Price must be for retail quantities (not wholesale, bulk, or commercial pricing)

Exclusions

The following are EXCLUDED from our Price Beat Guarantee:

  • Ongoing sales, bundles & promotional items - Any products currently on sale, special promotion, or bundle packages (e.g., machine + mask bundles, starter packs) on our website
  • Offers including cash back, bonus items, bulk purchase discounts, quantity limits, or package deals
  • Clearance, seconds, refurbished, ex-demonstration, display, or discontinued products
  • Products with pricing set significantly lower than recommended retail price or market value
  • Pricing errors or obvious mispricing
  • Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, or classified websites (including eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Gumtree)
  • Products supplied through unauthorised distributors (grey market items) or delivered directly from overseas distributors
  • Offers not available to the general public - including trade pricing, special event pricing, club or membership offers, employee discounts, student discounts, or healthcare professional discounts

If your request meets the eligibility requirements above, we will offer you our Price Beat Guarantee - matching the competitor's price and beating it by 5%.
Even if your request is not eligible for our Price Beat Guarantee, we are committed to doing business with you and will consider offering a better price at our discretion to make our offer competitive.
