How a Price Beat claim works

  1. Submit the competitor's link

    Pick your product and size, paste the competitor's URL, and tell us their price. Add a mask or accessories to the same claim if you want them in the deal.

  2. We review your claim

    Our team verifies the offer is from an Australian authorised retailer, in stock, and inclusive of GST and delivery.

  3. Get your outcome by email

    One of two things: a beaten price — up to 5% under theirs — when the offer's fully eligible, or our best counter-offer when it's close but doesn't quite meet our terms. Either way it's a one-click quote you can pay.

What you might be offered back

We monitor the AU market every day, so our pricing is usually already where it should be. When that's not the case, here's what can happen:

Approved — beaten price

When the verified competitor price is from a fully eligible AU-authorised retailer, in stock — you pay less than the price you found. Up to 5% less.

Counter-offer

More often the verified offer is close to ours, or has terms we can't match exactly. We'll come back with a sharper price we can confidently stand behind.

Decline with a reason

Some offers don't meet our terms — excluded sellers, expired promos, different products, prices that don't include GST and shipping. We'll explain why.

An eligible claim looks like this

  • Same current-model, genuine product — identical brand, model, size, and configuration. Not "comparable" or "similar".
  • From an Australian-based authorised retailer — the manufacturer has authorised them to sell that product in Australia.
  • In stock right now at the linked page — addable to cart, not pre-order, backorder, run-out, clearance, or notify-me.
  • Total price inclusive of GST and delivery to your postcode — apples-to-apples comparison.
  • Brand-new, sealed, retail packaging — not refurbished, open-box, ex-demo, or B-stock.
  • Original equipment, not third-party "compatible" — genuine ResMed / Fisher & Paykel / Philips, not aftermarket.
  • Not against a CDW promotion — items already on our sale, bundle, or member-tier are excluded.
  • One claim per order — no retroactive claims after purchase.

Not eligible

These won't be reviewed. We list them up front so you don't waste time on a claim we have to decline.

  • Marketplace listings — Amazon, eBay, Catch, Trade Me, AliExpress, Facebook Marketplace, Kogan Marketplace.
  • Auction / clearance / closing-down / liquidation prices.
  • Member-only, trade, wholesale, or login-walled pricing.
  • Coupon-code-applied or cashback-stacked prices unless the discount shows publicly on the linked page.
  • Expired or limited-time promotions, including flash sales, where the price isn't live at the time of review.
  • Pricing errors, retracted prices, or prices the competitor admits were mistakes.
  • Refurbished, open-box, ex-demo, B-stock, or customer-returned units.
  • Grey-imported or parallel-imported products from sellers not authorised by the manufacturer in Australia.
  • Finance-tied or BNPL-conditional prices (Afterpay-only, interest-free conditional, Klarna-only).
  • Bundle prices where the bundle contents don't exactly match what we sell.
  • Overseas retailers or sellers shipping from outside Australia.
  • Prices that violate the manufacturer's minimum advertised price (MAP) or retailer agreement.
  • Trade / B2B / wholesale customers — Price Beat is for retail customers on cpapdiscount.au.

How we verify

Retailer check

We confirm the competitor is an Australian-based business and an authorised reseller of that brand for the AU market.

Product + stock check

We open your link, confirm it's the same SKU, in stock, and that the visible price matches what you've claimed.

Price normalisation

We bring both sides to a like-for-like total: GST and delivery to your postcode inclusive, ex-bundle, ex-coupon-stack.

If we can't reach the page, if the listing has changed during review, or if the price isn't visible without a login or coupon, the claim doesn't qualify. The customer is responsible for ensuring the link stays live and the price stays visible while we review.

The fine print

  • Claims are subject to verification. Submission does not constitute approval.
  • At CDW's absolute and sole discretion. Final decision rests with CDW. We reserve the right to reject any claim.
  • Counter-offers in lieu of a match. Where a claim is ineligible or where the offer doesn't reflect a like-for-like comparison, CDW may at its discretion still offer a goodwill counter-offer or store credit instead of a 5% beat.
  • Up to 5%. Where eligible and approved, the beat is up to 5% under the verified competitor price.
  • One claim per order. No retroactive claims after purchase.
  • Stacking with other CDW offers isn't guaranteed. A Price Beat quote replaces other active CDW discounts on the same order by default. Competitor offers come in many variations (codes, bundles, time-limited promos, stock states) so a one-to-one match isn't always possible — we work out the best total deal we can stand behind, and at our discretion may still include a CDW promotional inclusion (for example, an AirSense 11 EOFY gift pack) where it gives you a sharper overall outcome.
  • Quote validity. An approved Price Beat quote is issued as a single-use draft order, valid for 7 days, non-transferable, and applies only to the order it was issued for.
  • Geographic limit. AU customers shipping to AU addresses only.
  • Program changes. CDW may amend, suspend, or discontinue the Price Beat program at any time without notice.
  • All decisions are final.
  • Not for B2B / trade / wholesale customers on CDW. Trade accounts are priced separately.
