Refunds or replacements for faulty or damaged CPAP equipment will be applied when CPAP Discount Warehouse (CDW) has been notified by phone or email detailing the nature of the fault or damage.
Assessment and Warranty Conditions
All claims will be subject to assessment of the fault or damage by CDW or the product's manufacturer and will be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty conditions. CDW will assess the level of fault and or damage upon receipt of the products and determine a suitable solution for replacement or refund.
Return Policy
Unused, Unopened Equipment
Can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For orders from 01 December 2023 to 31 December 2023, the return period is 45 days. Returns must be in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Used or Opened Equipment
A 30% processing fee applies, and a credit for the remaining amount will be issued. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exceptions
ResMed AirTouch 20 series masks, sleepPro contour, Bongo Therapy, Nightshift devices, and CPAP pillows can only be refunded if packaging is intact.
Please note that this does not apply to the ResMed AirTouch 20 series masks (AirTouch N20, AirTouch F20), sleepPro contour, Bongo Therapy, Nightshift devices and CPAP pillows due to the nature of the product. (these products can only be refunded when packaging is still intact)
Warranty Information
The standard warranty is 2 years for CPAP units and 3 months for CPAP masks and accessories from date of purchase. Most manufacturers offer an extra 3-year extension option on CPAP Machines.
All warranty repairs out of the warranty period will be processed subject to the goods being returned to CDW at the purchaser’s expense. CDW will supply a rental CPAP machine at no cost for all purchases made for machines made at a CDW clinic. Fees will apply for loan machines where a machine has not been initially purchased at CPAP Discount Warehouse.
