How to Claim Your $50 Philips Mask Recycling Cashback

  • Purchase a New  Philips CPAP  Mask

    Purchase any new Philips CPAP mask from CPAP Discount Warehouse between 15 September and 31 October

  • Register for Your $50 Cashback

    Easy Registration: Click the link in your Order Confirmation email and complete the form before 31 October 2025.

  • Send Us Your Old Mask

    Please ensure your mask is cleaned before packing. The mask must be returned as a complete set (frame, cushion, headgear, and any other original parts). Incomplete masks will not qualify for the promotion.

    Ship It: Pack your mask securely in a small box or padded envelope and send it to CPAP Discount Warehouse’s partner address at c/o CLM Sleep Co. 57 Fullarton Road, Kent Town SA 5067.

    Deadline: Your old mask must be postmarked and shipped no later than 5 November 2025. Masks received after this date will be automatically disqualified.

    Please Note: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their old mask to us.

  • Receive Your $50 Cashback

    Processing: Once we receive and validate your old mask, our Cashback Team will process your claim.

    Eligibility: Cashback for each claim will only be processed once the old is received and validated as per step 3 by our Cashback Team.

    Cashback Payment: The $50 cashback will be applied directly to the original payment method used for your Philips CPAP mask purchase.

Important Terms & Conditions

+ Eligibility: This offer is valid exclusively for customers who purchase a new Philips CPAP mask from CPAP Discount Warehouse between 15 September and 31 October, 2025.

+ Old Mask Requirements: We accept old CPAP masks from any brand. To qualify, your old mask must be thoroughly cleaned and constitute a complete, whole unit with zero missing parts. We reserve the right to refuse any mask that is excessively dirty, broken, or incomplete.

+ Return Policy Waiver: Participation in this cashback campaign confirms your acceptance that Philips mask purchases are final and non-returnable. This policy overrides the return terms stated on the CPAP Discount Warehouse website.

+ Submission of Old Mask: All old masks submitted become the property of CPAP Discount Warehouse upon receipt. We are unable to return any mask to the sender for any reason, including ineligibility. Please ensure your old mask meets the criteria before registering.
