The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet for Her is an automatic CPAP (APAP) machine with a therapy mode designed for women with obstructive sleep apnoea. It also has the standard AutoSet and CPAP modes (4–20 cm H₂O).

AutoSet for Her mode: a gentler rate of pressure increase and slower pressure decrease than standard AutoSet.
AutoRamp with sleep onset detection: starts at a low pressure and rises after you fall asleep.
Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR, 3 levels) lowers the pressure when you breathe out.
Climate Control Auto keeps humidity comfortable and reduces rainout, with ClimateLineAir heated tubing.
Detects central apnoeas, Cheyne-Stokes respiration and RERAs.
SmartStart: therapy starts when you breathe into the mask and stops when you take it off.

Empty the humidifier tub each morning and wipe down weekly with CPAP-safe wipes. Replace the air filter every 30 days. Mask cushions every 1–3 months, tubing every 6 months — Subscribe & Save makes it automatic.
Warranty. 2-year ResMed manufacturer warranty on the device and its power supply, extended to 5 years when you register the device with ResMed's sleepvantage program. Reusable humidifier tub: 1 year. Tubing: 90 days. ResMed's warranty applies to the original purchaser.
Returns. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items; opened or used machines may incur a 30% processing fee (see our returns policy). Faulty or major-failure items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
No — there's no legal prescription requirement to buy a CPAP in Australia. Your pressure settings should come from a sleep study, though. Upload your prescription and we'll pre-configure the machine free before dispatch.
