The ResMed AirCurve 10 CS PaceWave is an adaptive servo-ventilation (ASV) device for adults with central sleep apnoea, mixed sleep apnoea or periodic breathing (Cheyne-Stokes respiration), with or without obstructive sleep apnoea.

Important safety information. ASV therapy is contraindicated in patients with chronic, symptomatic heart failure (NYHA 2–4) with reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF ≤ 45%) and moderate to severe predominant central sleep apnoea. Your doctor must assess you before you start ASV therapy.
Prescription device. This device must be set up by your doctor or care provider to your prescribed settings. Use only vented masks recommended by ResMed or your clinician.

Empty the humidifier tub each morning and wipe down weekly with CPAP-safe wipes. Replace the air filter every 30 days. Mask cushions every 1–3 months, tubing every 6 months — Subscribe & Save makes it automatic.
Warranty. 2-year ResMed manufacturer warranty on the device and its external power supply. Cleanable humidifier tub: 1 year. Tubing: 90 days. ResMed's warranty applies to the original purchaser.
Returns. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items; opened or used machines may incur a 30% processing fee (see our returns policy). Faulty or major-failure items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
