Warranty:

Night Shift therapy device includes a two-year warranty covering workmanship problems related to the electronics. The battery and haptic motors carry a one-year warranty and can be replaced after one year for a $95.00 fee per component.

The neck strap holds a six months warranty. We recommend that it is replaced at least every twelve months.

We recommend that Night Shift Sleep Positioner is not used on patients who:

+ Suffer from tics or tremors of the head

+ Suffer from cardiac arrhythmia corrected by an artificial pace-maker

+ Have a neck less than 30 cm or greater than 56 cm OR have a chest larger than 150 cm

+ Are currently suffering from neck, shoulder, or back pain

+ Have an open cut or wound near where the Night Shift is worn (you may need to temporarily discontinue use)

The Night Shift device generates localized magnetic fields (less than 0.02 mT) that must be kept at least 15 cm from an implanted medical device of the user or bed partner.

NightShift Sleep Positioner - Interactive Intelligent Monitoring to Discourage Supine Sleep

NightShift Therapy is a mask-free treatment for Positional Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (POSA) and Snoring. The Night Shift device is a positional apnoea aid that senses when you are sleeping on your back and without waking you up; the night shift devices uses gentle vibrations to encourage you to shift back on your side. Used by physicians to treat Positional Sleep Disorders, like positional snoring, the NightShift is designed to help you reduce breathing disturbances and help you sleep in a healthy position. The NightShift device can be worn comfortably on the neck or the chest. The device constantly monitors and records how your body responds to vibrational therapy, your sleep data is automatically uploaded to a secure online portal.

Hand-wash with warm water and mild soap; air-dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners, dishwashers and tumble dryers. Disposable items (e.g. filters) are replaced rather than washed — refer to the manufacturer's guide for the recommended interval for this part.

Returns. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items. For hygiene, opened or used cushions, filters, headgear and tubing can't be returned. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
