Refund policy
Change of mind. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the product price (shipping non-refundable). Opened or used equipment incurs a 30% processing fee and a credit is issued for the remaining amount. For hygiene reasons this does not apply to ResMed AirTouch N20 & F20 masks, sleepPro Contour, Bongo Rx, Nightshift devices and CPAP pillows, which can only be returned where the packaging is still intact.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items. We'll repair, replace or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Please report transit damage or a wrong/missing item within 2 business days. You cover return postage; if the item is confirmed faulty or a major failure we will refund your return postage.
Warranty. 2 years on CPAP machines (extension options available) and 3 months on masks and accessories, in addition to your consumer-guarantee rights. Out-of-warranty repairs are returned to CDW at the purchaser's expense.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
