Empty the humidifier tub each morning and wipe down weekly with CPAP-safe wipes. Replace the air filter every 30 days. Mask cushions every 1–3 months, tubing every 6 months — Subscribe & Save makes it automatic.
Warranty. 2-year Fisher & Paykel Healthcare warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the humidifier chamber, tubes, filters or masks. Modem connectivity is covered for the same 2 years.
Returns. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items; opened or used machines may incur a 30% processing fee (see our returns policy). Faulty or major-failure items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
