The Pilot-12 Lite takes about 2-3 hours to charge using the Phillips Respironics System One S60 or DreamStation AC adapter. How long it lasts depends on the pressure, how the patient breathes, the mask seal, and if any extra features or attachments are used, like pressure relief.
