The Löwenstein Medical prisma20A is an automatic CPAP (APAP) machine made in Germany, with a colour touchscreen. This set includes the prismaAQUA humidifier, the prismaHYBERNITE heated tube and a 4G modem for prisma CLOUD.

Empty the humidifier tub each morning and wipe down weekly with CPAP-safe wipes. Replace the air filter every 30 days. Mask cushions every 1–3 months, tubing every 6 months — Subscribe & Save makes it automatic.

Had a resmed 10 for 4 years,recently adjusted settings ahi from 10 to 20.The prisma 20a is on another level quieter less aggressive algorithms.ahi 1 to 5 a great machine good purchase

Incredibly quite
I read that this CPAP machine was very quite, but I honestly can't believe how quite it actually is. Yes, this machine is more expensive than some other options, but I think it is worth the extra cost just for the quiteness and easy of use. Also, great service from the team at CPAP Discount Warehouse who made the purchase (it arrived within a few days, even though it was purchased during the Christmas-New Year period) and set-up a breeze.

4G Modem issue - no support
The Prisma 20A works well but external modem has not worked from the start. Customer support very poor, they tried software upgrade to no avail and has since ignored me. They seem to refuse to replace the faulty modem.
