The ResMed AirSense 11 AutoSet is an automatic CPAP (APAP) machine. It adjusts the pressure breath by breath to the level you need, within the range your clinician sets (4–20 cm H₂O). It includes the AutoSet for Her mode.

Key features

  • AutoRamp with sleep onset detection: therapy starts at a low pressure and rises after you fall asleep.
  • Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR, 3 levels) lowers the pressure when you breathe out.
  • Integrated HumidAir 11 humidifier with Climate Control when used with ClimateLineAir 11 heated tubing.
  • Built-in 4G for automatic software updates; Bluetooth connection to the myAir app.
  • SmartStart/SmartStop and a touchscreen that adjusts its brightness to the room light.
  • Approved for use on aircraft (FAA), with an Airplane mode.

Compatibility

  • Masks: all ResMed and standard CPAP masks, except the AirMini-only masks (AirFit P10 and N30 for AirMini).
  • Tubing: ClimateLineAir 11 (the only compatible heated tube), SlimLine or Standard.
  • Humidifier: HumidAir 11 Standard or Cleanable tub; side cover for use without humidification.
  • Oxygen: up to 15 L/min with an oxygen adapter.
  • Power: Air11 DC/DC converter (sold separately). Not compatible with the Power Station II.

Empty the humidifier tub each morning and wipe down weekly with CPAP-safe wipes. Replace the air filter every 30 days. Mask cushions every 1–3 months, tubing every 6 months — Subscribe & Save makes it automatic.

Warranty. 2-year ResMed manufacturer warranty on the device and its power supply, extended to 5 years when you register the device with ResMed's sleepvantage program. Reusable humidifier tub: 1 year. Tubing: 90 days. ResMed's warranty applies to the original purchaser.

Returns. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items; opened or used machines may incur a 30% processing fee (see our returns policy). Faulty or major-failure items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
