How a Price Beat claim works

  1. Submit the competitor's link

    Pick your product and size, paste the competitor's URL, and tell us their price. Add a mask or accessories to the same claim if you want them in the deal.

  2. We review your claim

    Our team verifies the offer is from an Australian authorised retailer, in stock, and inclusive of GST and delivery.

  3. Get your outcome by email

    One of two things: a beaten price — up to 5% under theirs — when the offer's fully eligible, or our best counter-offer when it's close but doesn't quite meet our terms. Either way it's a one-click quote you can pay.

Before you submit — what counts as a Price Beat

  • Same current-model genuine product — TGA-registered, supplied by an Australian-based authorised retailer.
  • In stock on the linked page right now — not pre-order, backorder, run-out or clearance.
  • Total price inclusive of GST and delivery to your postcode.
  • Not on a CDW promotion — items currently on a CDW sale, bundle or member-tier discount are excluded.
  • Want a mask or accessories in the deal? Add them on the form — pick the exact product and size under “Add anything else to your order” and we'll build them into the quote so you pay for everything in one go.

Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress), auction sites, members-only pricing, expired or limited-time promotions, pricing errors, and grey-import or parallel-import sellers are not eligible. Claims are subject to verification — submission does not constitute approval. CDW may reject claims at its absolute discretion.

Which retailers count as "authorised"?

Australian-based businesses authorised by the manufacturer to sell the relevant product. Marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress), auction sites, grey-import or parallel-import sellers, and overseas retailers don't qualify.

What if my product is on a CDW sale?

Items currently on a CDW promotion (EOFY, weekly Flash Sale, member-tier discounts, bundle pricing) are excluded — they're already discounted below standard pricing.

How long does review take?

We'll reply by email as soon as we've reviewed your claim. The exact time depends on the offer — we don't publish a fixed turnaround so we can review each one properly.

Can I include a mask or accessories in the deal?

Yes — use "Add anything else to your order" on the form to pick the exact products and sizes you want. They're loaded straight onto your quote so you pay for everything in one go.

Can I combine a Price Beat with another discount code?

No — a Price Beat can't be stacked with another CDW discount code, voucher, or promotion on the same order. If you'd like a mask or accessories included though, just add them on the form and we'll build a sharper one-off bundle quote for you.

Can I submit more than one claim?

One claim per order. Repeated submissions for the same product may be rejected at our discretion.
