User-Friendly Design: The new DreamStation machine with Humidifier weighs only 1.52kgs, making it smaller and lighter than Respironics' System One models. Its large navigation dial is intuitive and convenient, complemented by a bright, front-facing display featuring simple menus, icons, and labels that are easy to understand. The ambient light sensor adjusts display brightness automatically based on room lighting, while menus and settings are navigated and changed using the dial.

Auto-Adjusting Pressure: The DreamStation Auto CPAP is an advanced APAP machine that monitors your breathing for flow limitations and adjusts therapy throughout the night to ensure optimal pressure for a comfortable sleep. It works autonomously, giving you peace of mind.

Opti-Start: This feature starts your therapy at 90% of the previous session's pressure to address early sleep therapy events. You can choose to disable this feature if desired.

Heated Humidifier: The Heated Humidifier, directly connected to the machine, features dry box technology to prevent water from entering the  DreamStation Auto CPAP. It offers standard heating mode with constant heat levels, adaptive mode adjusting heat levels based on ambient humidity, preheat option for heating the humidifier before therapy, and fixed mode for constant heat.

DreamStation Heated Tube: This tube maintains air temperature and moisture, preventing rainout even if room temperature drops. It can be connected directly to the machine if the humidifier is not in use.

Flex Comfort: Various flex settings provide a more natural breathing experience, adjusting pressure relief to the user's needs on a breath-by-breath basis for improved therapy compliance.

SmartRamp: SmartRamp monitors the user and increases pressure only if an event occurs, with traditional ramp available if desired. The pressure therapy range must exceed 4 cm H2O for ramp use.

Advanced Data: The on-screen menu displays advanced data including AHI, periodic breathing, leak rate, and therapy hours, as well as pressure statistics used for Opti-Start.

Auto On/Off: The APAP detects mask usage and starts or stops therapy accordingly.

Built-In Bluetooth Connectivity and DreamMapper: The built-in Bluetooth connects to the DreamMapper app for tracking therapy data. DreamMapper offers motivational alerts, troubleshooting advice, and educational content, allowing patients to actively engage in their therapy. The included cellular modem enables remote monitoring by clinicians.

The DreamStation Auto monitors and adapts therapy levels to address various common OSA-related events such as Hypopneas, Flow Limitation, Respiratory Effort Related Arousal, Snores, and Leaks. Additionally, it can detect symptoms beyond traditional OSA, including clear airway apnoeas and periodic breathing, which may necessitate specialised therapy.
