ResMed AirFit P30i —
Sizing, fit & care
Every cushion size ships in the box — try them in order and keep the one that seals. Below: step-by-step sizing, cleaning routine, and exactly when each part needs replacing.

How to size
- 1Open the box and find the labelled cushionsS, M, L are bagged separately.
- 2Fit the starting size firstConnect to your machine and lie down briefly to test the seal.
- 3Swap if it leaks or pinchesSwapping takes seconds — cushions click on and off the frame.
- 4Reorder your winning sizeWhen it's time to replace, you only need that one cushion.
Getting a good seal
A correct size plus light strap tension is the goal. Marks and leaks usually mean the cushion is the wrong size — not that you need to tighten more.
- Pillows come in all sizes (S/M/L) — try each.
- For the frame, men usually start Standard and women Small; if it sits too close to your ears, size the frame down.
- SpringFit adjusts to you.
