Fisher & Paykel Healthcare CPAP devices, excluding consumable items that are part of the CPAP delivery system, offer reliable respiratory support. This warranty covers the CPAP machines themselves but does not extend to replaceable components like filters, tubing, or masks, which are considered consumables and are not included.
The warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:
Hand-wash in warm soapy water; air-dry out of direct sunlight. Avoid alcohol-based cleaners.
Most users replace cushions every 4–6 weeks with daily use to maintain a clean seal.
Warranty. Manufacturer warranty applies to genuine defects.
Returns. Change-of-mind returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items only. For hygiene, opened or used cushions can't be returned. Faulty items are covered under the Australian Consumer Law.
