Picked, packed & dispatched
Our Adelaide team picks your order from in-stock genuine product, double-checks the items, and books carrier collection for the same business day.
In transit, tracked
A tracking number lands by email as soon as the parcel scans into the carrier network. Watch progress through StarTrack's portal.
Delivered to your door
Signature on delivery by default. If you provided Authority to Leave, the driver leaves your parcel safely at your stated location.
Something gone wrong with your order?
Most delivery issues are resolved within a single phone call. Below is exactly what to do — and the timeframe that applies.
I received the wrong or missing items
We're sorry — let's fix it fast. To keep your replacement on the priority queue, please:
- Check the packing slip enclosed with your order against your invoice.
- Photograph the parcel as received, including the shipping label and any visible packing materials.
- Contact us within 2 business days of delivery — by phone for fastest resolution, or email if outside hours.
- We'll dispatch the correct items and arrange a free return collection of any incorrectly shipped item.

My parcel arrived damaged
If the outer box looks crushed, torn or the contents rattle, do not dispose of the packaging until we've assessed the claim.
- Photograph the parcel before opening — outer box and the shipping label.
- Photograph the contents in place, then any damaged items.
- Email all photos to contact@cpapdiscount.au with your order number.
- We'll lodge a carrier claim and ship an advance replacement so your therapy isn't interrupted.
Replacement CPAP machines are typically dispatched within 24 hours of claim approval.
My order is taking longer than expected
Most parcels arrive within the estimate, but weather, public holidays and remote routes can add a day or two.
- Check the tracking link in your dispatch email — most apparent delays are still moving through the network.
- If tracking hasn't updated in 3+ business days, contact us with your order number.
- We'll lodge an enquiry with StarTrack and update you within one business day.
- If the parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we ship a replacement at no charge.
I need to change my delivery address
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually redirect it. Once a tracking number has been issued the parcel is with the carrier.
- Before dispatch: Call or email immediately — we can update the address at no charge.
- After dispatch: Use StarTrack's MyPost portal to redirect, or contact us to lodge a carrier redirect (fees may apply).
- Returned to sender: A re-delivery fee applies if the parcel returns because the address was incorrect.
Authority to Leave — what it means
Selecting Authority to Leave at checkout tells the driver they can leave the parcel at your address without a signature. It's convenient — but the risk transfers to you.
- Once left, the parcel is deemed delivered.
- We can't replace ATL parcels that are stolen or damaged after delivery.
- For high-value orders (CPAP machines & bundles), we recommend signature on delivery.
Travelling with a CPAP / urgent replacement
If you're travelling and need an urgent replacement mask, cushion or filter:
- Adelaide metro (within 15 km of Morphett Vale): book Next-day delivery before 1pm ACST.
- Other capital cities: select Express at checkout — most orders arrive the next business day.
