Yes — it runs the same AutoSet (APAP) algorithm family as the AirSense, not a stripped-down travel mode. It simply omits an onboard screen; you control it via the AirMini app.

Can I use my existing mask with a travel CPAP?

Not directly with the AirMini. It needs a 'for AirMini' mask pack or a ResMed AirMini setup pack (P10, N20, N30, F20, F30). A 22 mm adapter exists but disables the HumidX humidifier.

Can I use it on a plane or off-grid?

The AirMini is FAA-friendly for in-cabin use. For power away from mains, pair it with a Medistrom battery or a 50 W solar panel (see Travel Accessories).

Do I need humidified air when travelling?

The AirMini's waterless HumidX HME adds moisture without a water tank — ideal for travel. Replace the cartridge roughly every 30 days.
