The large Prong tips are larger to fit larger nostrils. Spacing between the prongs is slightly wider. The cushion is wider and slightly taller to accommodate larger noses

Please be advised that the Fisher & Paykel Nova Micro Mask is not directly compatible with the ResMed AirMini CPAP machine. However, you can make it work using a ZephAir Connector and a regular hose.
