The ResMed AirSense 10 AutoSet is an automatic CPAP (APAP) machine with an integrated HumidAir humidifier. The AutoSet algorithm adjusts the pressure (4–20 cm H₂O) in response to flow limitation, snoring and apnoeas.
Key features
- AutoRamp with sleep onset detection: starts at a low pressure and rises after you fall asleep.
- Expiratory Pressure Relief (EPR, 3 levels) lowers the pressure when you breathe out.
- Climate Control Auto keeps humidity comfortable and reduces rainout, with ClimateLineAir heated tubing.
- Detects central apnoeas, Cheyne-Stokes respiration and RERAs.
- SmartStart: therapy starts when you breathe into the mask and stops when you take it off.
Compatibility
- Masks: all standard CPAP masks (full face, nasal and nasal pillows).
- Tubing: ClimateLineAir (heated), ClimateLineAir Oxy, SlimLine or Standard.
- Humidifier: integrated HumidAir; side cover available for use without humidification.
- Oxygen: up to 4 L/min through an oxygen connector.
- Power: Air10 DC/DC converter (12 V/24 V) or Power Station II, sold separately.
